- 5 Mild Italian Sausages, casing removed
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 2-3 Cups Chicken stock

- Preheat your oven to 300°F. Cube your French baguette and spread the pieces out on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is dried out.

- In a separate pan, cook your sausage meat until it’s browned and fully cooked.
