Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Minded Garlic
  • 1 Cup Finely chopped green onions
  • 1 Cup Finely chopped green cabbage
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • Dumpling wrappers

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, and cabbage.
  • Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  • Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, creating a half-moon shape. Seal the edges by pressing firmly.
  • Repeat the process until all dumplings are assembled.
  • Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Place dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  • Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam until the dumplings are cooked through.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
