  • 1 Cup Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Aged White Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Marble Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the macaroni 3 minutes less according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, cooking until the mixture is bubbly and slightly golden.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, then bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  • Stir in the cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Continue to cook and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Combine the cheese sauce and macaroni, then transfer to a baking dish.
