Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Carrots
  • 4 Minced Garlic cloves
  • 2 Springs Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 6 Springs Thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Tbsp Salt
  • ½ Tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preparation: Start by peeling your carrots and cutting them into your desired size. Mince the garlic and set it aside. Also, prepare your rosemary and thyme by removing the leaves from the stems.
  • Seasoning: In a large bowl, combine the carrots, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and Honey. Toss until the carrots are well coated.
  • Cooking: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
  • Serve: Serve the honey glazed carrots warm. They make a great side dish for any meal.
