  • 2-3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp Allspice
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Bag Small Marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  • Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Boil them in a large pot of salted water until they’re tender.
  • Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the brown sugar, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Mash everything together until it’s well combined.
  • Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a baking dish, smoothing it out into an even layer.
  • Top the sweet potato mixture with marshmallows, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
