  • 7 Lbs Pork Shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Dried oregano
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, minced

Instructions

  • Prepare the Marinade:
    In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper lemon juice.
  • Marinate the Pork:
