Pork Souvlaki

- 7 Lbs Pork Shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Dried oregano
- 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
