Chicken Wings with Garlic Parmesan and Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Lbs Chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ½ Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 5 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tsp Smoke Paprika
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • ½ Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken Wings
    Start by rinsing and patting dry the chicken wings. Then, season them with garlic powder, salt, pepper and baking powder
    In a bowl, combine the chicken wings. Toss them until each piece is evenly coated.
  • Air Fry or Bake the Chicken
    Air Fry or bake in the oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Sauces
    In a saucepan, melt half the unsalted butter. Add dried oregano, mined garlic, smoked paprika and heat until the garlic is tender. Add in the parmesan cheese and mix well.
    Combine the mayonnaise, water, and garlic herbed butter mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well until combined
    In another saucepan, melt the rest of the butter along with the Franks Red Hot Sauce until heated.
  • Toss the Wings
    In a large bowl, combine half of the chicken wings with the garlic parmesan sauce. Toss them until they're fully coated.
    In a large bowl, combine the other half of the chicken wings with the buffalo sauce. Toss them until they're fully coated.
  • Garnish and Serve.
    Before serving, garnish your Garlic Parmesan and Buffalo Sauce Chicken Wings with chopped fresh parsley(Optional). Arrange them on a platter alongside carrot and celery sticks. Provide ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
