Ingredients

  • cup Maple Syrup
  • cup Nut or Seed Butter
  • 2-3 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • cup Dried Fruit or Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, whisk together maple syrup, nut/seed butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  • Combine: Add the oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, and coconut. Mix until evenly coated.
