This flavourful dish combines juicy browned sausages, crispy potatoes, and caramelized peppers and onions for the ultimate comfort meal. Instead of a one-pan roast, this recipe starts by browning each ingredient separately for a deeper, richer flavour, then finishes in the oven to bring everything together. It’s hearty, colorful, and incredibly satisfying—perfect for family dinners or meal prep.
The key to this recipe is building layers of flavour by browning each component before baking. The sausage juices infuse the potatoes, while the peppers and onions add sweetness and balance to every bite. Topped with Parmigiano Reggiano, this dish becomes a crispy, cheesy masterpiece you’ll want to make on repeat.
