- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
- ½ Cup Chopped Green Onion
- 1 Lb Lump Crab Meat
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning, parsley.
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it apart.
Gradually add the panko breadcrumbs and mix until the mixture holds together. You can add chopped green onions at this point for extra flavor.
Form the mixture into crab cake patties. Make them as big or as small as you prefer.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the crab cakes in the pan.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
