- 4 oz prosciutto, sliced into small pieces
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 3-4 tbsp fig jam
- Fresh thyme leaves
- 2-3 tbsp crushed walnuts
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it into small squares that will fit into a mini muffin tin. Place each square into a muffin tin, pressing down gently to form a cup. Add the Prosciutto: Place a small piece of prosciutto at the bottom of each puff pastry cup. Add the Brie: Add a cube of Brie cheese on top of the prosciutto. Add Fig Jam: Spoon a small amount of fig jam over the Brie in each cup.
