  • 3 Large Garlic Cloves
  • 2-3 Anchovy Fillets
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • ¼ Tbsp Black pepper
  • ¼ Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Romain Lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Croutons (homemade or store-bought)
  • Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Add all of your ingredients to your blender except the olive oil
  • Blend:
    Blend your ingredients together
