Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pack cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped and drained
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper½
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup cup mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, cream cheese, chopped artichokes, cooked spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, mayo, and sour cream. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is golden brown and bubbly on top.
