- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- ½ cup Fresh cilantro
- 4 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped (adjust for heat preference)

- Salt and pepper, to taste
