  • 4-5 Ripe Tomatoes, cut into wedges or chunks
  • 1 English Cucumber, sliced into half moons
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • 1 Bell Pepper, cut into wedges or rings
  • ½-1 Red Onion, sliced thin
  • ½ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • ¼ cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
