  • 1 lb sausage meat or ground pork

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Jalapeños
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and cores to make room for the filling. Set aside.
  • Cook the Sausage
    Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the sausage or pork until fully cooked. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  • Prepare the Veggies
    In the same skillet, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the garlic, onions, and mushrooms until soft and fragrant. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Mix the Filling
