- 5-6 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Linguini or spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 1/2 cup Reserved pasta water
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
