Jalapeño Popper Wonton Bites
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 5-6 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup Cooked bacon, chopped (more for topping)
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- Wonton wrappers (enough to fill 1-2 muffin tins)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, diced jalapeños, corn, bacon, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
