- 1 Tsp each Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil, Dried Oregano

- 1 cup Red Wine or Stock
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (divided)
- 2 cups Cooked Basmati Rice
- 3-4 Bell Peppers, halved and deseeded
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
