Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 200 g (7oz) brie, cut into 16 cubes
  • ½ cup Pear Jam (can use other jams)
  • cup roughly chopped walnuts
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, picked

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) or 200°C (400°F) for fan-forced ovens. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking oil spray.
  • Cut the puff pastry into equal squares that will fit your muffins tins.
  • Press each square into the holes of the prepared muffin pan.
  • Fill each pastry square with a cube of brie and a small amount of pear jam. Top with walnuts and thyme leaves
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Carefully remove the brie bites from the muffin pan and transfer them to a serving platter.
  • Serve immediately for best results.
